The annual Women to Watch identifies leading female professionals available for and ideally suited to positions on the boards of FTSE 350 companies now or in the near future.

Produced by Cranfield School of Management with the support of its partners and sponsors, the supplement aims to highlight the vast talent pool available, and inspire executive search firms, FTSE Board chairs and other Directors to look at gender diversity in a different way.

The Women to Watch was introduced in 2009 and aims to challenge assumptions about the type of woman suited to a board position, showcasing senior women across sectors and striving to show that board members need not be drawn solely from the finance, legal, banking or professional services sectors.
