Using employee recognition as a strategic business tool
Monday 5 December 2022
Employee recognition is one of the most powerful tools an organisation has to motivate, engage and drive the performance of their workforce. However, with 7 out of 10 employees saying they don’t feel recognized, and 8 out of 10 citing lack of appreciation as their reason for quitting, clearly something isn’t working! In this session, Debra will share research, tips, and stories from her latest book to help you understand the obstacles and traditional practices preventing organisations from delivering effective recognition programmes that deliver that ‘appreciation feeling.’
