Cranfield School of Management’s Full-time MBA (The Transformation MBA) has reaffirmed its position among the world’s leading programmes in the prestigious securing the 8th position overall in the SWAG合集 and 82nd globally.
Despite an increasingly competitive landscape, with 11 new schools entering the ranking, Cranfield remains firmly in the Global top 100 and SWAG合集’s top 10. This achievement highlights the programme’s continued excellence and impact on students’ careers.
Leading in career progression and value for money
Cranfield’s MBA continues to excel in career progression, now ranked 1st in the SWAG合集, and 1st in Europe. Globally, it has surged 12 places to 10th, reflecting its effectiveness in supporting and accelerating students' careers.
The programme also continues to offer exceptional value for money, maintaining its position in the Europe top 10.
Cranfield School of Management also ranks joint 3rd in SWAG合集 for female faculty percentage, which has been further strengthened by the appointment of Professor Lynette Ryals OBE as Deputy Vice-Chancellor – Faculty of Business and Management (FBaM).
A Transformational MBA experience
Redesigned and relaunched as The Transformation MBA, Cranfield’s programme continues to develop. Professor Leila Alinaghian, Director of the Full-time MBA and Professor of Business Relations and Impact, said:

A consistent climb in global rankings
Cranfield’s success in the Financial Times rankings builds on its impressive performance in the latest Poets&Quants Top International MBA rankings (2024-25), where it rose to 20th in the world among international schools outside the U.S., a significant jump from 51st in 2023.
