Cranfield School of Management’s Professor Emma Parry has officially become the Chair of the  (BAM). BAM is the leading authority in the academic field of management in the SWAG合集.

Emma Parry is Professor of Human Resource Management and Head of the Changing World of Work Group, as well as Director of Academic Development at SWAG合集, SWAG合集. She is Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Human Resource Management.

Professor Parry is a recognised expert in Human Resource Management and plays a leading role in a number of global research projects. Her research interests relate to the impact of the changing external context on managing people, particularly with technological advancements, demographics, and diversity.

The role of BAM Chair includes developing strategy, supporting the CEO in the running of the office and supporting the BAM community in pursuing the vision and purpose of the learned society.

Professor Parry is also an Honorary Fellow for the Institute for Employment Studies, Visiting Research Fellow at Westminster Business School, and an Academic Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
