This five-day course will provide knowledge in mechatronics and electrical modelling for automotive systems with the use of unified techniques. The concentration will be on physical-system dynamics, stemming from power and energy exchanges between components.
The course will start with an introduction to mathematical modelling, including modelling from first principles and from data (system identification). It will then expand into specialised techniques such as Bond Graphs, Dymola, Simuling and LabView. Hands-on activities and tutorial sessions will take place every afternoon.
