How do successful female leaders tackle complex business issues? How can women shatter the imposter syndrome now and forever? How can women gain visibility in their workplaces? If you have ever found yourself asking these questions, read on to find the answers.
On February 1, 2024, Cranfield participated in a collaborative live event between four global business schools to increase the number of women in senior and leadership roles and grow our Women in Leadership community. Over 2,000 women signed up from across the world to learn more about this topic in our interactive free event. If you did not get a chance to join us, don’t worry, watch back at your leisure and learn from some of the most inspirational female leaders and academics in the world.
Women in Leadership is a collaboration between four global business schools: Cranfield School of Management (United Kingdom), Rotterdam School of Management Erasmus University (Netherlands). ESMT Berlin (Germany), and Imperial College Business School (United Kingdom). 2024 marks the third year where we have collaborated on this event and it just keeps getting bigger and bigger.
