About our Research
The faculty of the Centre for Strategic Marketing and Sales (CSMS) enjoys a worldwide reputation for practitioner-oriented sales and marketing research, particularly around strategic sales and key account management, relationship management, and digital transformation. In addition to this, faculty command various research interests, including branding and marketing communications, complex buyer-seller relationships and retail marketing.
Faculty members actively publish in top-ranked marketing journals, are members of numerous boards, and publish high-profile books. Faculty are frequently sought for commentary in the media on marketing matters and as speakers at international, academic and industry conferences.
Within the Centre we also have a research forum: the Cranfield Key Account, Marketing and Sales Forum.
