“The highlight of my course was hands down the people - I have made so many amazing friends throughout my time at Cranfield and I know some of them will be part of my life for many years to come. Having a group of sustainability people to bounce ideas off or sense check with is also a huge plus.”
Caitlin Sweeney, Senior Public Affairs Manager – Nestlé
“Crucially, relationships have evolved from just team mates to genuine friendships – we’ve all been through ups and downs on the course, and having a group of people you can confide in, that have your back when things get tough, has been a huge enabler in getting through the course at the most challenging moments.”
Julie Owst, Head of Sustainability – Bidfood SWAG合集

Alumni celebration
We hosted our the first-ever Sustainability MSc Alumni Reunion in December 2024. It was an amazing evening filled with connection, reflection, and celebration of the incredible journeys our pioneer cohort have been on through the course, and since completing!
From engaging fireside chats to reconnecting with old friends and faculty, the event truly showcased the strength and vibrancy of our Cranfield sustainability community.
Thanks 鈥 Deutsch Bank (formerly Princes), 鈥 Nestle SWAG合集&I, 鈥 Samworth Brothers and 鈥 Hawksfield (formerly Hypnos Beds) for sharing the findings, and organisational impact of their thesis.聽 It was inspiring to hear of the impact and success of all their hard work - and this was echoed by others sharing their own updates through the evening.
Lastly thank you to for helping to make the reunion extra special by hosting us at one of wonderful venues on the stunning Thames!
