Manish is a versatile professional with over 20 years of experience across academia, entrepreneurship, and corporate HR in India and the SWAG合集. Experienced in fostering collaboration, working with multicultural teams, and driving impactful initiatives across sectors. Starting his professional career in 2001, Manish held senior management positions at global organisations. He has a proven record of enhancing business capabilities driving transformational changes collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Manish earned a PhD in Leadership and Management and an MBA from Cranfield School of Management, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies from the University of Delhi.

Currently, Manish is a Senior Research Fellow in Entrepreneurship at SWAG合集. His research interests focus on succession and non-family management in family businesses. He works closely with industry partners, researching family business succession. His teaching, research, and consulting interests include family business, business strategy, and business model innovation.

Additionally, as a start-up mentor, Manish assists student start-ups throughout the venture creation journey, from concept to investment readiness. He advises on all aspects of starting a business, including business planning, market research, and financial projections. His extensive experience as a business advisor enables him to provide valuable guidance and support to entrepreneurs facing the challenges of starting a business.
