He helps organisations build resilience into future strategy and develop the leadership capability to not just survive, but to thrive, in disruptive and uncertain times.

As head of the Organisational Resilience and Change Leadership group, David regularly speaks at high-profile industry events including the International Institute of Risk & Safety Management, Airmic (the Association of Insurance and Risk Managers in Industry and Commerce), The Business Continuity Institute, and the British Standards Institute group annual conference.

He has worked with senior leaders in some of the world’s best-known companies and highest-profile government organisations to co-create innovative interventions that resolve their most complex issues, helping them anticipate, prepare for and respond to disruptions, positively adapt in the face of challenging conditions, leverage opportunities, and deliver sustainable performance improvement.
